Wrote my first program in machine code in 1964, was trained as a computer technician in the days of tubes and transisters, used the ARPANET in 1967 to share data with the White House from the other side of the world, and worked with early cell phone networks around the same time (when the phones and batteries barely fit in a backpack). Been developing software since then for many major financial institutions, and industries (including a brief stint with NASA). I`ve been lucky to see the evolution as it flashed by (yes, it flashes), and I`m still at it, developing applications that are as close as your browser. Enjoy flying airplanes, especially upside down when it`s safe, which feels a little like approaching the underside of our planet. Hoping to keep doing that until I have to kiss this world goodbye.
