Since March 2021 I’ve been in a full-time role as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Architect for Merkle. I develop, implement and optimize marketing automation strategy through SFMC. I raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion for our clients. I’ve been at the helm of marketing and operations for businesses across Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee for more than 10 years.
