Using Python/R/SAS + SQL I`ve built several models to increase sales (~ up to +15%/mo in credit card insurances and additional credit - Santander), assertive customer segmentation (~ +R$ 15 MM/year in savings for Santander Loyalty Program - Esfera), reduce involuntary churn (~ -0.5pp/mo during 2019 using a propensity model for payment debt settlement - SKY) and increase reactivation (~ +250 customers reactivated/mo or 0,5 pp/mo since 2018 using a propensity model to reactivate after subscription cancellation - SKY). I worked as Big Data Product Owner (agile) at Santander to built a Personal Finance Manager (Santader ONE) feature embedded to bank app. My main role was to coordinate a team of big data devs (Spark, Hadoop) to deliver real-time information of expenses/incomes and the status of customer`s bank account combined with a next best offer model for investments or credit (according to customer profile). I am leading two teams at SKY: 2 analysts and 1 consultant to built Reports, Analytics insights, Data structures and Big Data documentation + 1 analyst and 2 consultants for Deployment and Integration of RTDM/SAS tools and next best action (NBA) statistical models for debt collection and retention strategies (omnichannel).
