I am neither an introvert nor an extrovert. I prefer to introduce myself as an ambivert person. I`m a proven leader with experience in building high performing teams towards driving results and lean problem-solving. l have been able to leverage my strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to find success throughout my academic life and career. My friends and colleagues know me as an innovative thinker that brings new ideas to most discussions and meetings. My way of thinking also tends to foster ongoing dialogue between the groups that I`m a part of, to ensure every person can add to the pool of meaning and that, as a group, we make the best decisions possible. I am seeking a challenging position to expand my learnings, knowledge, ethical & professional skills and broaden my horizon. In general, looking for a position where I can use my skills and integrate strategies to develop and improve the existing service quality and also can learn from others in a friendly work environment.
