I am a result-oriented person with the desire to contribute my skills and abilities to a reputable company that can provide avenues in advancing my career progression and growth opportunities. My background includes serving as HR specialist within both training and recruitment functions in education and retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the recruitment department for Parkson Vietnam, a retail company from Malaysia, where my responsibilities included implementing and supervising recruitment cycle. Previously, I worked within training and scheduling department for a Language Center (VUS). In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints from customers such as students/their parents and teachers(such as courses, studying environment, teaching materials /scheduling). In addition to this experience, I gained considerable planning, marketing, customer service skills during my previous self-employment as owner of an online fashion shop and food stand. I love to learn language, English and chinese are my best favorites. I can communicate in English well and in Chinese (Mandarin) at basic now but I am confident that my Chinese will get a very fast improvement at a short time. I also bring to the table computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Lotus Notes.
