I am a high-energy, seasoned Salesforce CRM evangelist. The range of my CRM experience spans from (1) contributing towards highly complex processes, procedures and IT resource management to achieve B2C and B2B Acquisition and Retention targets at Verizon to (2) eking out effective marketing campaigns, for non-profit organizations, by leveraging Salesforce, Community Resources (governmental and non-governmental) and Crowd Sourcing. My educational background, in International Relations, sharpened my ability to balance competing goals and viewpoints. The skills came in handy when I was a liaison between the Marketing and IT departments. For, it enabled me to delicately navigate projects and processes across cross-functional teams and, thereby, achieve higher level of productivity by shrinking the time span between ‘As-is’ and ‘To-be’ end-points. I strive to achieve as much automation as possible to free resources from manual tasks to foster creativity within and across teams. Hence, on proprietary CRM Platforms, and particularly in Salesforce, I have relied heavily on Validation Rules, Workflows and Process Builder to streamline processes and procedures. I am proficient in identifying and implementing Apps from AppExchange to extend functionality of Salesforce. Salesforce has been a positive force in my life; and, as a result, I am a Salesforce CRM evangelist!
