I went to college years ago, but it was mainly for Cisco enterprise routers. I ended up using none of that oddly. My first official job away from family was in operations support since I had a variety of experience through my family`s small business. I assisted QA, Dev Team, IT team and filed reports as needed. It dabbled in a few things, but mainly I just assisted the departments with redundant tasks. I moved into customer service WFH positions when I lived in a semi remote town and needed work asap. I`m stepping away from that and sort of restarting my career by shifting into QA Software Tester. Its something I`ve always wanted to do since my first job where I got to work with QA and the Dev team. I started learning python for the sake of automation testing, but it may lead into being an actual developer at some point since I do find it more fun than expected.
