"Dear Mr. Prestongee, I bought an Air Fryer HD9240 from Abans Rajagiriya a on 12th January 2016. On The first day itself the electronics of it was not working and your staff replaced it. In early December 2018 it stopped working again. When I took to your Service Center they said that the PCB has to be replaced and that they will send a quotation. They sent me two quotation 05.03.2019 for Rs: 7,386.43 and requested me to pay the full amount or the excess of the Rs 5000. I have spoken so many times to persons like Navoshi, Abdasiya, Shermila, Ananda and Gayathri. Further your online payment gateway doesn't work. Recently I was told to pay but the part is not available. I presumed that after taking 5 months they are planning to get it down from the principles. Now I am told that I can pay but the part is not available even with the principles. Today I was told to take the unit back unrepaired. I have spent more that Rs 3,500 on Taxi's alone taking this up and down with no result. Now what do you expect me to do? If you cant give after sales service you should not sell these items. I lately found out that you are not the agents and Dinapala are the agents. I want you to act fast on this and give me a suitable solution. I never expected this type of treatment from a company like Abans. You can check with Udeshkumar (who is. Now in Panadura) how much of things I have bought from Abans when I used to live in Rajagiriya. I was told by Gayathri that she will give me 4 % to 63% off on your product range, I buy. I don't need anything at this moment and the joke is anyway you give 10% discount on your products. You may not know me by name but will know who I am."
