On Friday September 11 2020, Trygve Veum from the United States left the following message for H. L. Trenholm:
"Hi, Locksley, It has been years since we crossed paths at Cornell University where we were living in the home of Maria Barrus. I was cleaning out my files and came across some of our old Cornell connections, so I thought I would write and reconnect to see how you are doing. I have come across some of your publications on Mycotoxins. Impressive work. I had not been in contact with Mike Brunner since leaving Cornell, but I was able to track him down in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan earlier this summer. He is doing well in retirement and enjoying fishing and traveling. I am retired from The Univ. Missouri, Animal Science Dept. Marge and I are doing well in retirement, even during Covid, even though we are continuing to isolate. We hope you are doing well, and hope to hear from you. Regards, Trygve."
