Martin is an accomplished Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Senior Consultant, and IT generalist. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours. Martin brings over 19 years of consulting experience mainly in the banking and finance sectors and also with tech startups, and crypto currency exchanges; and with it all, the wisdom of how to do things right and how not to do things wrong. Martin is located in Perth, with clients in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. On-site and flexible, and remote working arrangements are welcome. He has worked many times remotely, including US, UK and Croatia, using the latest cloud based tools. Martin’s core competencies are the ability to see entire systems holistically as part of solutions across many areas of a business including their distributed solution architecture, the solution components and delivery mechanism and then providing straight, up-front advice to clients how to best run their projects. He also provides project and team management skills This is especially relevant for projects that are mismanaged or have lost focus, time or budget; and has helped clients identify the problems, accept that there is a problem and then formulate a plan to solve those problems with technical delivery and the required organisational change. Since 2012 he has started becoming heavily focused on cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure, AWS and Alibaba Cloud as the preferred delivery platforms Martin’s delivery capability also includes performing reviews and technical due diligence to assist in delivering business outcomes related to reliability and system usability as well as productivity gains borne from a faster system. Martin is also on the executive committee of the Western Australian Croatian Chamber of Commerce, where he is focusing on increasing memberships, and helping members by providing IT outsourcing to Croatia without the issues traditionally found with outsourced projects. He has also sat on various panels over the past few years, most recently, the Cryptocurrency panel at the recent G2 conference in Zagreb Croatia November 2018
