I am in search of my birth parents and or siblings. I was born in Allegheny Valley Hospital in November of 1973 at 8:13 a.m. The only information I have to go on is that my birth mother's maiden name was Hansen and she was from the Hyde Park/Leechburg/Vandergrift Pennsylvania area. She was very young when she was pregnant with me and delivered me. She and my birth father were not going to marry at the time of my birth so I was put up for adoption to a family that was on a waiting list for a baby. It was a private adoption and my records are sealed in Westmoreland County Courthouse without the ability to have them reopened. The attorney who handled my adoption was Attorney Knoll of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania who has since passed. I don't have much to go on, except that my mother was sort of short (I am only 5 foot 3) and my father was rather tall (6ft+). I am supposedly of Polish and English decent. I apparently also have siblings that would obviously be younger than me, that I may have gone to school with. I graduated from Kiski Area High School in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania in 1992. I am currently 42 years old. I have a few very uncommon/rare health issues and I am trying to find out some type of medical history not only for me but for my daughter who lost her dad, my fiance, three days before she was born. I have no medical history for her to go on except what I have been fortunate enough to have my doctors find in time to keep me alive. If anyone knows of anything or anyone of my birth family, could you please contact me? I have been searching for many years and would just like some closure as to who I really am.
