I’m living my job and the work that I do and I advocate passionate dedication to the pursuit of short-term goals. I like people being micro-ambitious but passionate about design and progress which really covers and solve daily needs. My primary goal is the balance with the team I join work and the goal we want to achieve: Developing innovative products and solutions. And this can not be planned; you have to discover them. The key to a successful product is the fastest possible validation of assumptions. Iterate, iterate, iterate. And then iterate again. You never know where you might end up. When an idea survives the shark tank, reliable results are the benefit to go towards the value of a concept. ©
