I`m a recent Neuroscience PhD with engineering and computer science undergrad degrees. My most extensive programming experience is in Java, and I use R regularly and extensively. I`m fairly familiar now with Python having coded an important part of my dissertation research in it. I have a fair amount of experience with PHP (mostly with regards to WordPress) and javascript, and I have previously worked in ColdFusion (7 years ago), ASP, and PERL (now I`m digging pretty deep into the past). Just recently I`ve been brushing up on C/C++ and coding in it for a research project. My major interests revolve around information processing in the brain and intelligent systems. I have a lot of ideas for how to take neuroscience knowledge and apply it to AI development, so I`m looking for work in neuromorphic computing/engineering. ©
