After my practical-, military- and evening-school education I decided to work with computers. First in networking area, later in programming, solutions, and quality assurance. From network-, and account-administration, it goes to customer support, Delivery of small-, and midsize installations (e.g. switzerland; Triagonal), and customer trainings. Later to project work for customers like Brita, Unilever, Ecomal. At SAP I decided to switch to the Ariba BU to support the integration of B2B-formats like EDIFACT, and later to integrade customer requirement into the Ariba-portal. As part of a developer team I was (and I am) responsible for the quality assurance of new features. ©
