I am a Technical Support/Customer Experience Executive Leader currently in Silicon Valley. I am a passionate fan of everything Apple and I was fortunate to spend several years working at Apple where I lead the team that globally set up the customer care/technical support organization for the iTunes Music Store as well as for MobileMe the predecessor to todays iCloud platform. In my spare time I divide my time between geeking with owned Apple products and my two pug furbabies Boomer and Macintosh. My latest acquisition was the new Apple Watch Series 3 with GPS+CELLULAR!
