I am a Ugandan programmer aged 20 years I am pursuing bachelors degree in information systems management at Mini University located in Arua district in the west Nile of Uganda I would like to change the way how information is perceived by my fellow Ugandans who think it should always be the rigid system of acquiring it from old books and only from class.
