While training for employment in executive capacity to either be recruited or start a new enterprise: 1) Acts in junior executive trainee capacity supervised by the Chief Executive Officer to learn company policies and procedures, and functions and activities of departments with view toward acquiring knowledge of all business phases. 2) Attends personnel training classes to acquire knowledge of organizational setup, staff and line functions, and long and short range business objectives. 3) Acquires, through on-the-job training in departments, such as credit, sales, engineering, production, and personnel, an overall knowledge of company business functions and activities.
