I am an experienced Salesforce developer with an ever increasing thirst for knowledge. I started with Salesforce 6.9 years ago and the most sought after feature of Salesforce I couldn`t get enough of was the Customization components of Salesforce. I was, am and will always be an avid programmer who aims to complete every business requirement of the client using Salesforce customization and Configuration. However, after 6.9 years, I have also transitioned partially into leading role where Software engineers work along side me to make sure all project functionalities are fulfilled according to client requirements, all the time lines of the project are met and the best practices of Salesforce coding are thoroughly utilized. This leads me to describe the 2 way responsibilities I have been undertaking: As a Technical Lead, my role is to make sure my team understands the functional requirements (which comes after the `Why are we doing it?` question), the team and client are on same page and all doubts of my team are clarified. After the development is complete, comes the testing, post which the final product is displayed to client. Based on client feedback, the application is changed and altered till we get the final approval from client followed by deployment to Production. During the requirement gathering and development phase, as the ownership of different modules are distributed to team members (based on individual strength and experience), I personally make sure to keep 1 or more modules with me for development. This helps me to keep in touch with my coding skills while also carrying on the duties of a Team Leader. As a loyal Salesforce programmer, I am well acquainted old and new Salesforce features like Apex programming, Salesforce security features, Salesforce Lightning framework, Apttus CPQ along with non Salesforce technologies like Angular.js, Jquery, Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc. I have good working knowledge of working in Agile and SDLC model.
