I have been working as a translator in a bank for almost 10 years and got a bit bored. This year, I`m taking 5 months off to self-teach data science using online resources (CodeCademy, DataCamp, Coursera, and of course StackOverflow when I`m stuck!). Even though the leave starts in June, I have already started learning and programming. Since I had a primer in Python, I`ll focus on this first, but I also plan to learn R. ©
