More than four years of work in the IT field behind, I did (and still want to do!) a lot of things: from software development and QA to system administration and DevOps. Despite having wide experience in DevOps, I perform better at Dev-related tasks (CI/CD, scripting and tools, Ansible/Terraform etc). I know Linux well enough to live with it on my personal laptop and fastly learn new technologies. I like technical well-being and beauty: when devs and ops can understand why production is in time-outs by just looking at dashboards and tracing systems, and there is no need in digging into log files; when CI starts not just in some abstract cloud. In my opinion, CI starts even before commit; when CI can be tested as well as application code. Currently I live in Moscow with my wife (we have no kids), but we want to relocate to Europe because of the better climate and living conditions.
