I am experienced at providing on-site and remote end-user technical support in a fast-paced environment. I have extensive knowledge and experience troubleshooting computers and mobile devices. My skill set includes a working knowledge of computer networking, databases, hardware/software troubleshooting, computer and peripheral setup and repair, asset management, web development, mobile application development, software quality assurance testing, digital forensics and customer service. I have experience with front-end development coding in HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and the Bootstrap framework as well as back-end development with PHP and MySQL.
