Was later part of the team which launched data services in India. progressed to head Value added services operations and development. After 7 years moved to Hewlett Packard as Value Added Services Lead for Hutch Thailand. Managed ops and development of Value Added Services. Managed virtual teams across 4 countries for project delivery. After 4 years in HP, moved to Airtel as head of customer experience management. was project manager for consolidating entire Airtel ops spread over 23 states and multiple vendor into a single location, single view setup, where the impact of service degradation in 1 service on another service is instantly shown to ops teams, cutting response times and First time resolution by 70%. was project manager for launching india`s first and one of the worlds biggest customer experience management system, where the data experience of more than 100mn customers was analysed in real time allowing different teams to take immediate action. was project manager for one of the world`s first Network Experience Centre, which measures the customer experience of each of more than 200mn customers and guides different teams to improve the experience of customers who are below the benchmark after 4 years in Airtel, started own consulting firm providing consulting to companies and governments in data analytics, product management, project management etc.
