I`m a software engineer and former network engineer living in San Luis Obispo, California. I`ve worked in several languages and frameworks but my happy place is with Node, React, and SQL. I think the two most important things leaders can bring to a company are vision and the ability to build a supportive culture. I find a good plan to be a thing of beauty. I think drama and backstabbing are toxic to any organization. My favorite way to build awesome things is one step at a time. ©
