Technology has always been a passion of mine. In my younger years I was the official family & friends home entertainment expert. Instead of buying amplifiers, I would build them from kits and when there was no ‘Jaycar AC/DC inverter kit’ for transforming my amp into a car amp, I designed my own. When I needed help I wrote to silicon chip magazine for their past issues to acquire knowledge. This curiosity for how things work has kept me in the IT industry for 15 years. While predominantly my experience has centred around IT infrastructure and technical consultancy, it has proven of great benefit towards my current pursuit of becoming a lead software developer. ©
