mostly a trainer of talent sourcers (the first stage of the recruiting process where we research to find people who wouldn`t otherwise naturally apply for jobs) and finding that learning to code (e.g., webscraping, productivity-enhancing search-related JS bookmarklets) is very helpful to do things that the off-the-shelf tools can`t always provide. ©
