I am passionate for researching, writing and providing solutions that will lead to a wonderful customer experience. I currently work as a User Support Coordinator for Apple, which means I make sure both Apple Channel Partners and Apple employees have all the tools they need to succeed at their job. Besides supporting applications used by our partners, I also participate in initiatives focused on improving processes and the user experience, in UATs, and Go/No Go release meetings, among a variety of other projects. In my previous work experiences, I used to write and translate technical documents. I worked for IBM as a Technical Writer and, in that role, I documented APIs, fix packs, and other software components. I also managed a database where technical documentation was published. Right now, I`m interested in becoming more technical: I`ve started to study Web Development at Udemy and I`m enrolled in a Coding Boot Camp that will be held at UT Austin from February 26 to August 17, 2019.
