I love my work. And that work seeks to reduce human suffering by creating software that systematically eliminates wasted effort and consumption in everything we do. I have accomplished this by clearly stating the vision, discovering the true, monetized value of the project and connecting the daily work to first principles. I build very effective teams, by encouraging creativity, ensuring safe environments and celebrating tangible productivity gains. In my free time, I enjoy being a husband and raising a large family.
