I am a statistics, research, healthcare and data analytics academic and corporate leader with more than 20 years of experience in consulting, research and teaching in data analytics, predictive analytics, database infrastructure, statistics, econometrics, biostatistics, data management, health systems, health equity, health disparities, research designs and epidemiology. I am currently an Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University, the University of Chicago and Capella University. I was recently a Senior Scientist and Econometrician at Dobson DaVanzo where I led methodological work in the use of claim data, health economics, econometrics. I was a Senior Statistical Scientist at Allina Health where I led research programs and data analytics initiatives. I was the President and Principal Senior Statistical Consultant at Stats Solutions Consulting where I led the development of consulting projects for federal and corporate clients. I was the Director of Research at HealthPartners in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where I led a program of clinical trials, clinical research and data analytics activities supported by the Critical Care Research Center. I was an Assistant Professor and the Director of the Biostatistics Division at Meharry Medical College where I helped enhance and expand the research enterprise through publications, grant funding, multidisciplinary collaborations and community outreach. I provide consulting services to corporations in the area of data analytics, predictive analytics, statistics, program evaluation, database creation, econometrics and public health. I was an Adjunct faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Indiana Institute of Technology and Northwestern University and Walden University where I conducted collaborative research and taught quantitative analysis, predictive analytics, quantitative analysis, health systems, biostatistics and dissertation courses. I serve as a reviewer for many scientific journals, authored and co-authored many peer reviewed research articles and books in statistics, econometrics, public health and clinical research. I served on Data Governance committees and Institutional Review Boards.
