I`m someone who apparently manages development, but I really just an odd-jobs person who has an interesting title. As well as badgering people for progress updates and frequently freaking out about stuck kanban cards, I`m a sounding board for ideas, someone who updates help files that no-one else wants to do, and I like developing tools/process to try and make our lives easier and also the lives of our customers. ©
