I previously worked as a COBOL programmer prior to Y2K. I changed careers after 2001 as the demand for COBOL programmers was nearly non-existent at that time. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and worked as a Crisis counselor and home health social worker for 12 years before I retired. Since there appears to be new opportunities for web development now, I chose to enter the Georgia Tech Coding Bootcamp program. I belong to NASW Georgia Chapter, and since they are badly in need of a new website, I volunteered to create one in Wix. It will be online July 1, 2018.
