I`ve worked low to high support tiers for most of your standard Windows and Active Directory systems. My favorite systems to work with are Active Directory and SCCM. Often, I`ve had to find clever ways to make my coworkers` and my job easier while working within constraints of the tiered levels of administration inherent in a global network. On more than one occasion, I`ve worked, simultaneously, as both a help-desk technician and a Systems Engineer. Much of my time was spent with the same company, so my terminology contains plenty of workplace jargon. With my recent (2014) discovery and love of PowerShell, I`ve realized that I can automate myself out of a job. The only problem is everyone wants me to do it for them as well. This has led me to learn PowerShell, .NET, WinForms, and more recently some C#. Every day that I solve a problem, I learn something new that opens countless doors to solving other problems I never knew there was a solution for. Needless to say, I have been terribly busy the past year.
