Strong knowledge & hands-on experience with implementing Standards (IEEE, ISO, EIA) & frameworks (COBIT 4.1, ITIL v3, CMMI)/Agile/SCRUM/XP/Lean. Strong background in Industrial Psychology & Process Consultation. IEEE software standards board member, current chair of IEEE P2675 DevOps working group, served as Vice Chair of IEEE 828 (CM Plan) working group, active with other standards efforts (liaison to ISO for DevOps). Conduct CM assessments with documented As-Is & To-Be in alignment with industry best practices.
