Operations Team Leader for the Global Technology & Operations (division), Enterprise Transaction Services (organization), Cash and Transportation Services (line of business), Performance Management - Payments Team (front line unit). In my current role, I serve as a team lead of six analysts working virtually across the United States. My team oversees the entire process, from invoice receipt to payment, of vendor billing. We are highly skilled at auditing vendor billing, coaching vendors on billing errors and contract compliance, operating and understanding our sophisticated invoice processing systems, utilizing tools to perform custom analytics, understanding complex transportation logistics and banking operations, and initiating and disputing cost savings opportunities for the company. Aside from day-to-day management duties, my leadership focus areas include: performing monthly quality assurance inspections of the team`s work and employee coaching when defects are identified, managing an employee metrics evaluation process and the databases and tools tied to its functionality, running monthly analysis on high dollar vendor invoice spend processed by the team for multiple lines of business, delivering monthly reporting and trend concerns to up/downstream partners, designing and interpreting complex spend reporting, executing projects and change management, researching and resolving vendor billing issues and escalations, developing new tools to streamline and improve operations, and leading and communicating with a virtual and diverse team.
