I am passionate about the candidate and manager experience in the hiring process. I believe there is so much more to be done to iterate and improve on the current state of recruiting processes, candidate engagement, automation, AI, and workflow design. To have an edge in the market, employers and recruiting functions need to shift paradigms and take an Agile CI/CD software approach to hiring. Many slowdowns in hiring are linked to binary decision paths and the subsequent workflows that follow. Leaders, recruiting, and businesses can accelerate hiring by automating these workflows and simplifying the collection of the decisions. Workflow automation, and AI and UX integration will allow recruiters, leaders, and candidates to have more time connecting. Designing, building, and championing this shift is exciting to me. Let`s change this dynamic and add value throughout hiring processes.
