I was once a welder, and I fine enough welder I was. I would cut, fit, weld, and generally fabricate just about whatever, given it was made of steel and my mind could wrap around the idea of the thing. Long story short, I don`t want to be a welder all my life after spinal surgery. Even still, a fabricator --or a maker of things-- is what I am. My wife is a developer and she nudged me into fiddling with Javascript. I saw that this was still making things, and decided that I can still be a maker of things with various `puter things. At the moment I`m about to go to DevMountain to feed from the firehose of information they call a coding boot camp. I`m scared out of my wits, but a fabricator I am, so I will learn to be a maker of `puter things.
