I am a part-time admin for a non-profit where we advocate for abused and neglected children in the county court system. I am trying to streamline our donation process (payment processing, donor acknowledgement, and thank you/receipts) by building a database to track everything. Because my budget for this project is nil, I am using the software already available to me. This means using MS Office 2010. I am also the web admin for our Google for Non-profits account.
