Doug Talbott of Columbus Ohio is a consultant for tech, engineering, and government partnered companies. Talbott has over 20 years of experience in the industry, and his goal is to train the next generation of entrepreneurs through consulting and education about best practice. Mr. Talbott started his career in the business and political world working in the offices of George Voinovich and Bob Taft, Governors of Ohio. Talbott studied Political Science at Baldwin Wallace University, and graduated in 1986. After his time working in government offices, he served as President of the Hurst Government Consulting group from 2001 to 2006. From there, he worked as a client manager for IBM, responsible for political space, enabling him to combine his passion for consulting with his passion for political work. Most recently, Mr. Talbott has played a hand in founding OITA, an independent, non-profits organization focused on Ohio’s technologically driven companies .
