I am a PhD researcher in Robotics, Control an Automation at the Department of Industrial Electronics of the University of Minho (Portugal). Before that, I graduated at University of Catania (Italy) in automation engineering and control of complex systems. My research consists in endowing the high-degree of freedom robotics arm-hand system with movement capacities that reflect fundamental characteristics of human motion. The main goal is to increase user acceptance by making the interactions with the robot smooth and predictable.
