Forty years as an editor and even more as a reader and writer. Mom edited Great Books for Adler and Hutchins. Master typographer and calligrapher, with long experience in the trenches where Matthew Carter and Carol Twombly dare not venture. Grew up with stylebooks lying around the house. NYT, AP, Chicago, APA, Turabian, Stink & White, U.S. Government Printing Office, Words Into Type. But I`m not a specialist: I use style to help people read. Speak, read and write a few languages other than English (including fluent Mandarin). Currently in East China.
