I really enjoy understanding processes. Finding out how to link the dots together on a series of actions in order to achieve a particular goal, is very interesting to me. Fine-tuning stable software delivery processes has been one of my tasks throughout the last years. Team work communication between developers and system administrators is essential. Having worked as a system administrator the past years, I have done plenty of work maintaining databases and doing data modeling for relational databases. The transition I had from being a software developer into being a systems administrator, has triggered an intense interest in data science. The past six months I have taken coursera.org courses in Big Data Modeling and Management Systems, Business Metrics for Data Driven Companies, Java Programming, Programming Foundations with JavaScript and am currently taking Introduction to Data Science with Python as well as R programming. I hope to work someday in data science. I am interested in the fields of delivery logistics and operational efficiency as well as traffic optimization in cities. I like to work hard but most of all, I love to smile and to laugh. The happier and motivated the people are at work, the better and more stable the outcome of a particular task is.
