Support of government, corporate, and non-profit organizations in Help Desk, Desktop Support, and System Administration positions since 2003. Support of various applications during this tenure including Citrix, Microsoft Office 2003-2016, Cerner, and various accounting suites and proprietary applications. Able to deploy and maintain Windows servers from the ground up including domain controllers, file servers, Exchange servers, and Windows Deployment servers. Experience managing a small division and have studied management coursework at the university level. Works closely with peers or complete tasks independently and has experience in working with external vendors in support of equipment.
