Just an elf in need of some coding help. I came to this site because it was highly recommended for people struggling with a coding problem. Any coding problems, actually - you folks were at the top of the list, best of the best, at answering the questions and fixing the flaws. After looking around the forum, I see why. You’ve really worked hard, collaborated, and created an extensive library of coding problems you’ve successfully handled. It’s an understatement to say you all have helped thousands of people when they were in a jam. Sadly...I don’t think I’ll be in that group. I wrote my question earlier, but it was closed with no answer. The person who closed it was very nice and explained why it had to be done - as it didn’t follow the ‘concise/question-only’ methods here. They were totally right, but now I’m too anxious to re-submit my question. I’m not confident that my editing was enough to fix all the problems that had the question closed - and I don’t want to make another mistake. And even though the person that closed my question told me not to feel bad, I do. I didn’t mean to waste their time (or the time of anyone who read the question) or upset folks with my inexperience/ineptitude in this field. Sorry again for asking my question first and not getting the ‘informed’ badge beforehand.
