My approach to program and project management is collaborative: some teams self-organize, while other teams work better within well structured frameworks and process. It’s good to experiment, and successful outcomes make for happier people. Project Management (PMP) and Agile techniques are complementary: my management style encourages open communications and a company-wide focus on getting things done. Iterative and Incremental development and delivery builds trust between individuals and teams within a company. I truly enjoy navigating the complexities of product development, and creating an environment in which people are happy at work, wherever they may be! ©
