The higher level managers are not sure which customers or group of customers have higher propensity to buy, click, subscribe given certain demographic and behavioral info. I can predict using econometrics and machine learning techniques (customer segmentation, propensity modeling etc) which would help the managers to target the prospects efficiently. I can also look for the patterns on customer behavior using market basket and conjoint analysis. I can manage and lead the team of the analysts involved in these type of projects. I can measure the metrics, ROI of the different online and offline campaigns like adword, facebook, linkedin, email. I can provide the recommendation on how much to invest on which channel. I can use google analytics to see the descriptive statistics of the users, customers. I can use the data visualization tool like Tableau, excel to report to higher management. I can use R for modeling and mySQL for data pooling. Right now I am planning to have some online courses to do the front end marketing activities as well as learning marketing automation tools like Hubspot. Learning on some CRM tools like Salesforce is also in my list.
