I`m an old nerd, emphasis on the old. As a kid, I owned an Atari computer, the first edition AD&D books, and vinyl records. I still think CDs are cool. My hair is more salt than pepper. I`ve programmed computers since I was 12, for over 30 years, and professionally for over 20. My Information Systems college degree is about the same age as the popular use of the internet. I work in Information Security and on Windows, Linux, and Mac. I dabble in electronics, especially microcontrollers. I run 10k for fun; study history, Tolkien, philosophy, and religion as a hobby; and teach Christian theology and apologetics. I use the Oxford comma and understand semicolons, even when not coding.
