Product Manager in the SaaS industry. I follow Agile Development and Scrum methodology by creating detailed stories and requirements to effectively communicate technical design criteria to the development team. I use product development tools like Jira and Confluence to properly manage sprints and scrum teams.Manage development teams by organizing sprint planning meetings, stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives for each sprint. Design products that are being utilized by clients effectively generating ~$315K - $1M in revenue. Responsible for communicating new release versions by completing release notes to both internal and external customers through Confluence and develop a “go to market” strategy for delivery. Effectively groom product back-log by keeping stories detailed, estimated, emergent, and prioritized in preparation for future sprints. I effectively work with architect to manage completeness each week, prioritize development tasks, and adhere to developer velocity. Work with senior leadership, including founder and co-founder of the company, to collaborate and agree on strategic company initiative for the market. ©
