Someone contacted me from Wells Fargo remediation indicating that the corporate business account I created with them was closed but as a gesture of compensation and kindness they would provide me with a check for fraud holds originally placed on my account. Before cashing the check i contacted and called the number listed on the letter and asked if they could keep the check and donate the money to my favorite charity. I just didn`t recall my Wells Fargo account being abused and I had a mortgage experience with Wells Fargo that required more sincere attention if they were truly trying to live up to their creedo/ mission statement. Anyhow, a man said he worked at a call center near the University Of South Florida that I attended and I asked him to double check with his supervisor etc. To see if it could donated I didnt really want it after the whole mortgage ordeal with wells Fargo taking over the dream house I lived in through an eviction collaborating with the Pinellas County Police and Sheriff`s department local law enforcement intervened by authority of banking lawyers and court proceedings. He said it was not an option to the functionality of the liaison that was managing the distribution of checks. I wish that Wells Fargo would review the phone call for better training in procurement services with regards to companies they allow to utilize their products and to recreate customer service related to customer remediation. Furthermore, the said company titled Epic in Tampa Fl was located in a business center called Netpark where they even suppose to disclose that,I just couldn`t believe it all. Well I googled the mission statement of Wells Fargo then I rechecked the definition of remediation as I study business law frequently and operate my own business etc. Ok so I didn`t google Epic the 3rd party company that supposedly helped facilitate this so called reparation. My company specializes in procurement with regards to obtaining new business relationships with other companies and we know that the fragility of some issues that revolve around financiers wont produce success and measure up to the integrity of our foundations so therefore we have a strict guideline based on ethics and our own corporate responsibility before making intricate connections. With that being said this reimburshment check situation didnt sound so good but I did somewhat trust Wells Fargo and decided that I would accept their check so that I could donate it myself I called After sometime pasted because I never recieved the check and they claimed to have mailed it so then a man by the name of Jay at Epic said they would resend it. Doing business I get checks from a variety of business clients so I`m always cashing checks loading funds to accounts etc. Because I finally recieved the Wells Fargo check however I didnt deposit it in my bank where I get updates via my online portal and decided not to mix it with my my social or ein from the treasury department
