The focus of my work includes the concept, design, guidance and implementation of digital products,that result in intuitive and delightful experiences. My methods can include conceptual models,user personas, workflow diagrams, wireframes, page schematics and interactive prototypes. This means translating business needs, into actionable development plans by means of design comps and project documentation, including story creation, acceptance criteria and goals. In addition to my technical skills and knowledge of human centered design, I have experience in product management, ownership, navigating stakeholder interactions and user research fundamentals. I have facilitated customer lead projects and needs assessments with past customers and partners, including VMWare, Walgreens and the United States Postal Service. As a digital products designer, I am passionate about understanding people and their needs, building better, beautiful products, and creating meaningful and enjoyable experiences. I have a BFA in New Media Design and a BS in Philosophy from Rochester Institute of Technology. I have several years of graduate study in Communications, and the Philosophy of Mind and Language.
