Background in applied physics. Worked as a software engineer and information analyst for about 15 years and then switched to management consulting in the area of customer centric business process improvement. Mainly operational processes for medium sized and large service providers (banking, insurance, telecom et cetera). As data gets more and more important i`am shifting my focus more and more to the use of data for customer experience management and business process improvement. Currently my main tools to do this are: Process Mining tools (Celonis), SQL (postgres), R and Python.
