Dylan Pulver is a solution-focused, technically adept, and passionate data engineer with 3+ years of experience working in the fintech industry; he is chiefly interested in algorithms, machine learning, and building systems that the world of tomorrow will run on. Dylan is also a MMF graduate of University of Toronto, and a Hodson Scholar graduate of Johns Hopkins University. Dylan possesses strong abilities in managing complex projects, understanding business objectives, and implementing solutions that deliver. Across his years of experience, he has had the opportunity to master skills such as: Python, Docker, Confluent Kafka, VS Code, Git, SQLAlchemy, Amazon S3, Pandas, Numpy, PSQL, MYSQL, Dash, and Logic Pro X. At Coinsquare, Dylan has been chosen twice as the keystone to build new teams around. He was first chosen as the first member of the Automated Trading Strategies team and more recently chosen as the first member of the Data Science & Analytics team. Dylan is a collaborative problem solver able to consistently deliver results with aggressive timelines. He rigorously applies his unique creative strategy to his analysis, engineering, and testing. In his free time, Dylan also enjoys composing, producing, recording, and engineering original jazz & electronic music.
